To return or exchange an item, it needs to be unworn, unwashed and unused, and returned in original packaging. For hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns for used clothing, mattresses, breast pumps, feeding and similar body-contact products unless they are unopened or faulty.
If your item arrives with a fault, contact us for a free return within 30 days of delivery. For faults outside the 30 day period you’ll need to lodge a warranty return.
Please note that goods must be returned to us without damage (even if they are damaged in transit) so take care when packing and selecting a courier.
For exchanges, we will provide a store credit to your account once the item is returned.

Our brands offer varying levels of warranty, depending on the product purchased. We’ll help to make sure you receive the most efficient exchange possible, which sometimes means sending the goods directly to the brand. We’ll take care of you consumer rights.
Once a warranty return has been approved, we’ll let you know where to send your item. Also, if the product arrives with a fault, we’ll cover the cost of the return shipping for you.
